Cserve Corporate Services is recruiting an Officer of Recruitment and Selection to Maputo
- Capacity of analytical and critical thinking;
- Conceptual and abstract thinking ability;
- Ability to think in a long-term perspective;
- Excellent planning, organization and time management skills;
- Excellent communication skills.
- Degree in HR Management, Administration or equivalent;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar functions;
- Immediate availability;
- Have worked in large staff selection and recruitment firms;
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
- Responsible for all operations of selection and recruitment of personnel of the group;
- Screening CV’s;
- Conduct interviews and pre-selection
- Capacity of psycho-attitudinal evaluation of the staff;
- Development of characteristics of vacancies;
- Preparation of salary scale;
- Develop and implement the employee performance evaluation system;
- Induction of new workers
- Ensure that monthly vacation balance is accurately managed and reported;
- Accurate reporting and due diligence;
- Conduct and plan engagement activities;
- Problem and conflict resolution;
- Time management and perspective.
